Slab formwork is the horizontal deck the concrete sits on. The panel spans between props, so deflection is the controlling problem — not lateral pressure, which is what column and wall work has to resist.

That changes the specification: thickness and core density decide whether the soffit stays flat. A panel that bows between props shows up in the finished slab, and you pay for it in patching.

Pressed on our own lines in Zhangzhou — 4,000 m² of gluing, hot pressing and packing, 35 containers a month. FOB Xiamen or CIF to your discharge port.

Where this panel goes

  1. Concrete formwork — low-rise buildings, residential, single-storey slabs, precast yards
  2. Scaffolding boards
  3. Site hoarding
  4. Roofing and flooring
  5. Packing and crating
  6. Container and truck flooring

What slab work demands

  • Stiffness across the span — 18 mm where props are spaced wide
  • Consistent thickness — a wavy soffit starts with a panel that varies across the sheet
  • Edge life — deck panels are stripped and re-set repeatedly
  • Own plant in Zhangzhou — 4,000 m² of gluing, pressing and packing lines, 35 containers a month. We are the factory, not a trading company

Core: pine or eucalyptus

Pine core — lighter, cheaper per panel, three to four pours.

Eucalyptus core — denser, holds screws and edges better, four to five pours. Costs more per panel and costs less per pour once you get past four cycles.

Blended core — pine and eucalyptus mixed — is a standard option: select it above.

Questions buyers ask

Is this film faced?
No. This is red glue plywood — WBP bonded, no film coating. We also supply film faced board for high-cycle formwork; tell us your cycle count and we will quote it separately.

Why is the panel red?
The glue is red — a red-pigmented modified melamine WBP adhesive. Nothing is coated on the face, so there is no colour layer to peel or wear off.

How many pours will I get?
Three to four on pine core, four to five on eucalyptus — with a release agent and proper stripping. If your project runs more cycles than that, film faced is the better buy: we supply both, so we will tell you which one actually costs you less per pour.

Can you print our logo?
Yes. It is spray-painted on the end face of each bundle, so your brand shows the moment the container is opened. No film involved.

Do you have certificates?
We issue Form E and RCEP certificates of origin for your customs broker, plus packing list and fumigation certificate. We do not hold CE, AS 6669 or FSC.
